These terms govern your use of Mongolia.mx. By using the site or submitting a listing, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information.
Mongolia.mx is a community directory, not an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of any listed business.
2. Listing submissions
You may submit a business you own, represent, or reasonably believe belongs in this directory. You confirm that you have the right to provide submitted text, images, links, and contact details.
If you provide a public website or profile URL, you authorize Mongolia.mx to use publicly available business information to prepare and display a listing. Do not submit passwords, payment details, confidential information, or sensitive personal data.
3. Accuracy and moderation
We may edit, verify, reject, suspend, reorder, or remove listings to keep the directory useful, lawful, and safe. Business owners may ask to correct, claim, or remove a listing.
- Do not submit false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful material.
- Do not impersonate another person or business.
- Do not scrape, disrupt, probe, or abuse the site or its forms.
4. Sponsored placements
All sponsored spots appear above matching free listings and are labeled Sponsored. Yearly plans are billed upfront. Prices are in USD and subject to availability.
The first three positions may be offered as paid placements. They are always labeled Sponsored and reflect visibility purchased—not reviews, quality scores, or recommendations.
Monthly placements are billed month to month. Yearly placements receive a 25% discount and are billed upfront. Final price, availability, duration, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before payment.
A purchase does not guarantee traffic, leads, revenue, ranking outside the purchased placement, or other business results.
5. Third-party businesses and links
Listings may link to independent websites and platforms. Mongolia.mx does not control their services, availability, security, claims, prices, or privacy practices. Your dealings with a listed business are between you and that business.
6. Content and permission
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Mongolia.mx a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, edit, and display it only as reasonably needed to operate and promote the directory.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The site and listings are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mongolia.mx disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mongolia.mx and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, a listing, or a third-party business.

These terms may change as the directory develops. Updated terms apply after they are posted with a revised date.
